1.1. All orders are processed subject to availability and payment verification. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Our team may contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional details are required to complete your order.

1.2. Most items ordered are processed within two business days. In case of unpredictable technical problems, we will inform you about the delivery delay by email.

1.3. At CHOUCHOÚ, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shipping experience to our customers worldwide.

We ship all orders with DHL Express courier service to ensure secure and expedited international delivery. All orders from chouchou.com.gl are dispatched from our EU warehouse.

Complimentary shipping on all orders over 400 USD.

For orders under 400 USD, a flat shipping fee of $40 will be applied at checkout. 

Please note that while we strive to ensure prompt delivery, CHOUCHOÚ is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs procedures beyond our control.

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. CHOUCHOÚ cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of CHOUCHOÚ.

1.4.  CHOUCHOÚ ships to most destinations on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. This means that all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price when you place your order, and there are no additional costs due upon delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

2.1. Returns and exchanges are accepted on most merchandise within 14 days of receipt, for items that haven’t been worn, altered, or washed, without make-up marks, and with all tags attached.

2.2. Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-made or personalized items, as each piece is handcrafted to order specifically for you.

2.3. Returns are accepted upon mutual agreement between the Purchaser and CHOUCHOÚ.
If you wish to return an item, please contact our Client Services team at chouchou.global.sup@gmail.com, kindly indicating the reason for your return. 

For all international returns, a processing fee of €45 will apply. Returns within Ukraine are complimentary.

Our team will be pleased to guide you through the return process and assist with any questions you may have.

2.4. You will be provided with the documents and return instructions within 3-4 days after sending your request via email.

2.5. All the extra costs related to the return sent without Customer Service approval will be deducted from your refund. Kindly note the shipping charges are non-refundable.

2.6. When will I get a refund on my credit card?

Once the merchandise has been received, your refund will be processed within 14 working days. You will be provided with email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take 10 working days for your banking institution to post the refund to your bank statement. 

2.7. All orders received with marks or signs of alterations will be returned to the sender.

2.8. Damaged or Defective Goods

At CHOUCHOÚ we are committed to selling only first-quality fashions. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email at chouchou.global.sup@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order to be eligible for a return and refund.
