RETURNS & REFUNDS
2.1. Returns and exchanges are accepted on most merchandise within 14 days of receipt, for items that haven’t been worn, altered, or washed, without make-up marks, and with all tags attached.
2.2. Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-made or personalized items, as each piece is handcrafted to order specifically for you.
2.3. Returns are accepted upon mutual agreement between the Purchaser and CHOUCHOÚ.
If you wish to return an item, please contact our Client Services team at chouchou.global.sup@gmail.com, kindly indicating the reason for your return.
For all international returns, a processing fee of €45 will apply. Returns within Ukraine are complimentary.
Our team will be pleased to guide you through the return process and assist with any questions you may have.
2.4. You will be provided with the documents and return instructions within 3-4 days after sending your request via email.
2.5. All the extra costs related to the return sent without Customer Service approval will be deducted from your refund. Kindly note the shipping charges are non-refundable.
2.6. When will I get a refund on my credit card?
Once the merchandise has been received, your refund will be processed within 14 working days. You will be provided with email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take 10 working days for your banking institution to post the refund to your bank statement.
2.7. All orders received with marks or signs of alterations will be returned to the sender.
2.8. Damaged or Defective Goods
At CHOUCHOÚ we are committed to selling only first-quality fashions. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email at chouchou.global.sup@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order to be eligible for a return and refund.
